“The team was professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish, which I appreciated with three large dogs. They did an amazing job deodorizing and sanitizing the yard.”
“Paul with Rhino Scoop has been fantastic from start to finish. Communication is great, with texts to notify us of ETA and when the job is complete. Always friendly, reliable, and professional.”
“I have a Great Dane and it had been a couple of months before anything had been scooped up. Rhino Scoop had no problem with this, cleaned it all up, and helped me with the smell.”
“I cannot say enough great things about Paul. He is a man of integrity and took care of a leaking irrigation line for me, at no cost. He is always the first to respond to people in need in my neighborhood. When a snake appeared near my garage, he quickly relocated it to a nearby pond, so that I would be at ease. He just cares about others and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services in the future if I become a dog owner again. Thanks again Paul!”
“Because parvo lives in feces, I spent days combing my yard myself. Still, I needed professional help. I reached out one evening, and by the next day Rhino was there. Even after my own 'poop patrol,' their team found debris I'd missed — then followed up with a real disinfectant treatment. The peace of mind is priceless.”
“Paul from Rhino Scoop was very, very helpful. He took care of my yard with same day service and made sure it was clean and sanitized! He did a wonderful job!”

How do the 2 free weeks work?
Sign up for weekly service and your first 2 weekly cleanups are free with recurring service. We’ll confirm your pricing and service day, then send a secure link to add your payment method. Any initial payment covers the remaining paid visits in your first month, with your free cleanups factored in. Regular monthly billing follows on the 1st.
Do I pay per visit or monthly?
We show approximate per-visit prices to make comparing plans easy, but you pay one flat monthly rate, plus tax. After your initial signup payment, we automatically charge your card on file on the 1st for that month’s scheduled cleanups. Your regular monthly rate stays the same whether there are 4 or 5 weekly visits.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel before your next billing date by calling or texting us. Need a temporary pause? Reach out before your next scheduled visit so we can review the timing and update your service.
What day and time will you clean my yard?
For weekly service, we visit your neighborhood on a set day based on your location and ZIP code. Grouping nearby homes helps us keep service reliable and pricing affordable. Need more frequent service or a different day? Contact us to check available options. We work from sunup to sunset, and arrival times vary from week to week. We don’t promise a specific time, but we’ll always text you when we’re on the way with an estimated arrival time.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! Just make sure your gate is unlocked or we have an agreed way to access your yard. We’ll text you when we’re on the way and send a completion notification with a closed-gate photo when we’re finished.
What if my dog is in the yard?
Friendly dogs are welcome! If your dog is protective, aggressive, or uncomfortable with visitors, please tell us before service begins. They’ll need to stay securely inside during cleanup, with any dog door secured. We’ll ask you to confirm they’re inside before we enter.
What do you do with the waste?
We carefully double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin. If the bin is unavailable, we leave the sealed bag beside your garage. Prefer to keep it out of your bin? Add waste haul-away for $16/month and we’ll take it with us.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
In cases of severe weather, we may delay your service for safety reasons. We'll notify you of any delays and make up the visit as soon as possible. Missed visits due to weather result in a double cleaning at no extra cost on your next service day.
Do you clean patios, mulch beds, or artificial turf?
Our standard service covers natural grass, where waste is easiest to spot and fully remove. Overgrown grass or heavy leaf cover can make it difficult to guarantee a full clean. Patios, flower beds, gravel, and artificial turf aren't included in the base rate, since visible waste can be scooped but residue may remain on hard or synthetic surfaces. Our Yard Sanitizing add-on is built for exactly this — it deodorizes and disinfects both grass and hard surfaces. Let us know if you'd like patios or rock beds cleaned and we can often add it for a small fee.
Are the deodorizing and sanitizing treatments safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Both treatments are formulated to be safe for pets, kids, and plants once applied. The deodorizer neutralizes odor naturally, and the sanitizer disinfects the yard to cut down on bacteria left behind — without leaving anything harmful behind for your family to walk through.
What if I need to pause service instead of canceling?
Just let us know at least 24 hours before your next scheduled visit. Short pauses are no problem. If you pause for an extended period, we may apply a reactivation cleaning fee when you restart, since yards typically need extra attention after a break.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If something's not right after a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right, no questions asked.
Do you send reminders before each visit?
Yes, and we go a step further than most companies in the area. The evening before your scheduled visit, you'll get an email reminder to unlock your gate and secure your pets. On service day, you'll get a text with your ETA, and another once we're done — with your closed-gate photo attached. Three touchpoints, so you're never wondering if or when we came.
What happens if my visit gets skipped?
If we can't safely access your yard — due to a locked gate, an aggressive pet, unsafe conditions, or a payment issue — the visit is marked as skipped and won't be automatically rescheduled. Service picks back up on your next scheduled day once the issue is resolved. Skips caused by weather or holidays are the exception — we'll do our best to make those up within the same week.
What if my yard isn't mowed or well maintained?
We ask that yards be reasonably maintained so we can actually find and remove the waste. Grass over 6–8 inches, heavy leaf cover, or yard debris makes this difficult — and can hide fleas, ticks, and even snakes, which is a safety issue for our team. If a yard isn't kept up, we may need to apply an additional fee for the extra time required, or in extreme cases decline that visit.
Do I need a lock on my gate for you to access the yard?
Not necessarily. If your gate doesn't have a lock, we can provide a free loaner lock so it's secure while we're in and out. If you'd rather keep your own lock on the gate, we can set you up with a free lockbox instead — you leave your gate key inside it, and we use that to get in and lock back up when we're done. Either way, your yard stays secured on your terms.
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
Yes — we're available for emergency cleanups 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in addition to our regular scheduled routes.
Who will be coming to my yard?
Every visit is handled by a trained, background-checked team member — often Paul himself. We know letting someone into your yard while you're not home takes trust, which is exactly why Rhino Scoop was built around the same standards Paul held to as a Texas State Trooper: showing up when promised, treating your property with respect, and being someone you can actually trust with access to your home.
